Bill Owens

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Owens leads the Veracity team with a passion for integrating IT and humanity, using technology to enhance businesses and improve the lives of those who run them. He emphasises the importance of IT services companies having a comprehensive understanding of business needs, enabling them to think big, solve problems, and create opportunities through technology. Bill is committed to building strong relationships with clients and giving back to their communities. 

With decades of experience in global business consulting and technology, Bill excels in governance, strategy development, risk management, financial management, and business transformation. He serves as Chair of Relationships Australia Queensland, is a director on the Gymnastics Australia Board, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Divisional Council and the QUT Finance and Planning Committee. Bill also contributes to the Tech Council of Australia, including participation in its AI, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Round Tables that advise government. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a graduate of the MIT Graduate Program, holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from QUT, and an Honours degree from the University of Queensland. 

Chris Greathead

General Manager - Consultancy Services

Chris Greathead leads Veracity’s Consultancy Services practice with a focus on translating business priorities into clear, practical technology outcomes. He believes IT should be simple and reliable, designed to remove unnecessary layers of complexity and support people to work with confidence. Chris works closely with executive and operational stakeholders to streamline environments and shape fit-for-purpose roadmaps, governance and delivery models that align technology investment with real business value. 

With over a decade of experience across ICT management, consultancy leadership and project delivery, Chris brings deep capability in Microsoft 365, business applications, and disciplined business analysis. He is known for maintaining clarity across complex environments by balancing risk, change, and operational stability through strong communication and structured delivery. Chris represents Veracity as a Queensland Leaders Industry Expert and contributes to the Tech Council of Australia.

Subi Chowdhury

General Manager - Service Delivery

Subi Chowdhury leads Veracity’s Service Delivery team with a strong focus on reliability, security and consistency for our clients. He is committed to building technology environments that are stable, well governed, and designed to support business operations without disruption. Subi takes a practical, human-centred approach to service delivery, ensuring technical decisions remove unnecessary complexity and align to client needs and long-term sustainability. 

With over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise scale technology solutions, Subi brings deep expertise across infrastructure modernisation, cloud platforms, end user computing and cybersecurity. He is a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders, recognised for translating complex requirements into robust and scalable solutions. Subi holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, supported by extensive industry certifications across Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and security technologies.
