Bill Owens
Managing Director
Bill Owens leads the Veracity team with a passion for integrating IT and humanity, using technology to enhance businesses and improve the lives of those who run them. He emphasises the importance of IT services companies having a comprehensive understanding of business needs, enabling them to think big, solve problems, and create opportunities through technology. Bill is committed to building strong relationships with clients and giving back to their communities.
With decades of experience in global business consulting and technology, Bill excels in governance, strategy development, risk management, and financial management. He serves as the non-executive Chair of Relationships Australia Queensland and is a member of the Gymnastics Australia Commercial Committee. Additionally, Bill contributes to the Tech Council of Australia and acts as a Technology Industry Expert for Queensland Leaders. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
Chris Blakley
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Blakley is a seasoned technology business leader with over 20 years of industry experience in various technical and business leadership roles. As the Chief Operating Officer at Veracity, Chris focuses on empowering communities and modern workplaces through technology. He and his team work closely with business leaders to overcome technology challenges and unlock business transformation potential.
Chris also leads Veracity’s Australian-based professional Service Desk and Consultancy teams, ensuring client support with a human-centric and results-oriented approach. As the Industry Expert for Queensland Leaders Gold Coast and an Industry Member of the Tech Council of Australia, Chris is dedicated to providing a human-led perspective on technology to support Queensland business leaders.
Chris Greathead
General Manager - Service Delivery
Chris Greathead is an experienced IT professional with over 10 years experience in ICT management and project delivery. Passionate about making IT a great experience, he serves as the General Manager of Service Delivery at Veracity. Chris leads Veracity’s Service Desk team with the philosophy that “IT shouldn’t get in the way,” using a human-led, collaborative approach. Chris also consults on projects to simplify IT challenges and build robust IT platforms that provide clients with a competitive edge.
Chris takes great pride in fostering strong relationships with client partners and motivates his team of skilled technicians to deliver a seamless, efficient, and proactive IT experience. He represents Veracity as a Queensland Leaders Future Leader Member and contributes to the Tech Council of Australia.
